At the September 19 general meeting of the Altacal Audubon Society, outgoing Board President, Jackson Shedd, announced that several Board members were resigning or had served their terms; that volunteers for most of the Board positions had announced their willingness to serve; but that the position of Vice President was still unfilled.  He called for nominations or volunteers for involvement on the Board.  Jennifer Patten and Mike Fisher spoke with him about possibly doing a joint Vice Presidency.  Included in the musical chairs exercise was Tim Ruckle taking over as Newsletter Editor.  Skip Augur remains on the Board as Publicity Chairman and Web Site Administrator and will occasionally lead field trips.  A meeting of the Board and interested members will be held on October 13 to elect and/or designate the new Board members.
