Northern Spotted Owl nest search "Hootenany" weekend on March 18-20. There is an opportunity for the owlers to help locate northern spotted owls in the Mendocino National Forest the weekend of March 18-20.  There are several locations that may be possible bases, including Upper Lake, Stonyford, and Alder Springs.
