The Sacramento River Preservation Trust will be having 2 events of interest this month.

Friday, October 15 – Field Trip. We will have around 15-20 people attending the trip.  We will start at 9 am, and end the day sometime between 3 and 4 pm at the same location.  Vans will be provided by the Trust.  The tour will begin at the Ord Bend Unit, and end at the Flynn Unit.  People will be encouraged to bring their own lunch, with beverages (water and sodas) provided by the Trust.  The cost will be $10.00. 

Sunday, October 17 – Float. The Float starts at 9 am at Jelly’s Ferry.  There is space for 30 participants and spaces are filling up quickly.  It’s a Class 1 float and great for picture taking.  Cost is $35 with lunch provided and kids are welcome to come.
