Upcoming Opportunities and Events

Birds of Eagle Lake and the Western Great Basin DesertJune 21-July 2 at Eagle Lake Field Station. Anyone who say Jay Bogiatto’s program last month got a taste of what a fascinating area the Field Station (and the Eagle Lake area) is. Although this is a 2-unit course, it would also be interesting and to do even if you’re not an “official student”! Cost is 850, which includes pretty much everything (as far as I know) including station fees and transportation. To register, call the CSUC Center for Regional and Continuing Education at 898-6105. For more information, contact Jay at 898-4490 / rbogiatto@csuchico.edu.
