It is with mixed emotions that I will be resigning as President effective Feb. 1, 2003. My wife and I are moving to the Hill Country of Texas. This was my 3^rd term as President; I have been on the board almost continuously since 1972 and have had the pleasure of working with very dedicated and hardworking board members. I have been led and led others on fieldtrips. I have watched Chico grow and have fought battles to slow the growth and to try and maintain the quality of life in Chico.
