Saturday, September 21 - Beginning Bird Walk. Meet at 8 AM at the Hooker Oak parking lot. We will be seeing Resident species, and late-staying tropical migrants.
Friday September 27 - Sunday, September 29 - Point Reyes. We will leave from the Chico Park & Ride at 5 PM on the 27th. We will be camping at the Olema Campground. Our goal is to see 100 species for the weekend; we also hope to find many eastern Migrants.
Saturday, October 12 - Beginning Bird Walk. Meet at the Chico Park and Ride at 8 AM; we will carpool to the Mendocino Forest Research Station for a half day birding
Friday October 18 - Sunday, October 20 - Tule Lake. For those who can't wait for the Ducks and Geese let’s go see them at one of Roger Tory Peterson’s "ten favorite birding spots".
