April 8 - Dog Island (Red Bluff). Meet at the Chico Park and Ride at 7 A.M. or at Dog Island at 8 A.M. We will bird Dog Island Park until Late Morning. We will then grab a bite to eat before heading to the Red Bluff Diversion Dam and Riparian Area. Spring Migrants should be here. For those heading back south we will catch Cone Grove Park and Foothill Blvd. on the way home. Last years trip down Foothill Rd Produced Tehama County's first record of a Sage Thrasher.

April 29 - Upper Bidwell Park. Meet at the Parking area at the East end of Horseshoe Lake at 7:30 and join us for half day or all day. If you come for all day bring lunch and liquids. Once again Spring migrants will be the objects of our attention along with Pygmy Owl and Rufous-crowned Sparrow.

May 12-15 - Malheur, Oregon. Hope you signed up!
