After our last December Birding quiz, Helen Ost asked us why "the hotshots" (who are excluded from the competition) aren't ever quizzed. Well, here is your chance to laugh at us. Skip Augur will comb through our slides trying to come up with obscure pictures of North American birds to see if the supposed experts are as good as they are thought to be. Please join us for some laughs and possibly a chance to learn more on the fine points of birding. Steve Emmons, Mike Skram and Richard Redmond will be under the microscope; anyone else who has been excluded from competing in our December Contests is also welcome to join in (and you should all give it a shot, just to see how you do!).
